A running log of the agents and automation projects I design, build, and ship myself — equal parts engineering and hobby.
After 18 years in the Royal Marines — including operational logistics and specialist vehicle operations — I've swapped ranks for repositories. I'm now building Flint Agentic, designing practical AI agents that handle the repetitive work so businesses can focus on what actually needs a human touch. The same things that mattered on operations still matter here: discipline, clear communication, and getting the job done properly rather than just quickly. Outside of work, you'll find me out running, sketching, or watching Bolton Wanderers do their best to keep me on my toes. It's the same mindset in a different kit — showing up consistently, paying attention to detail, and enjoying the process as much as the result.
An AI agent that takes an inbound broker submission and turns it into a clean, structured summary for an underwriter — extracting the key risk fields and flagging anything missing.
View on GitHub →Captures and spam-filters enquiries from the flintagentic.co.uk contact form, logs genuine leads to a spreadsheet, and pushes an instant phone notification the moment a real prospect gets in touch.
View on GitHub →An agentic anti-money-laundering investigator. It works compliance alerts itself — running OFAC sanctions screening and Companies House lookups — then produces a structured decision, confidence score and audit-ready narrative on a web dashboard.
View on GitHub →A CrewAI-powered customer service agent that answers strictly from a defined knowledge base and hands off anything outside it to a human, so it never invents an answer.
View on GitHub →A modular alert-triage pipeline for SOC teams. Groups raw alerts into incidents, enriches them with IP reputation and user context, then has Claude classify severity, explain its reasoning, and recommend concrete next actions.
View on GitHub →Checks the Fantasy Premier League API each gameweek, finds in-form players facing one of the bottom three teams, and pushes a ranked shortlist straight to your phone before the transfer deadline.

Added Insurebot to the projects list — an agent that turns inbound broker submissions into clean, structured underwriter summaries, flagging any missing risk fields.
Launched flintagentic.com — a hand-built home for Flint Agentic with an Ask Flint chat assistant, a running log of every agent shipped, and short weekly updates on what's next.
